## 1. Return Window
- Returns accepted within **30 days** of delivery.

## 2. Return Conditions
- Item must be **unopened, unused, and in original packaging**.  
- **Defective items only**: We’ll coordinate replacement or refund.

## 3. How to Start a Return

2. Include:  
   - Order number  
   - Reason for return  
   - Photos (if defective)  
3. We’ll reply within **24 hours** with next steps.

## 4. Return Shipping
- **You pay return shipping** (unless item is defective).  
- Use a **trackable method** — we’re not responsible for lost returns.

## 5. Refunds
- Processed to original payment method within **7–10 business days** after we receive & inspect the item.  
- Original shipping fees are **non-refundable**.

## 6. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened software, digital products, or personalized items.  
- Clearance or final-sale products.
